www.th.shopmontigo.com processes and ships orders within 1–5 business days, depending on the service area. Delivery services cover all 77 provinces in Thailand. The shipping timeline begins only after full payment has been successfully verified or upon receipt of an official confirmation email or phone call from www.th.shopmontigo.com, under the following conditions:

Shipping Details

  • Courier Service: DHL EXPRESS
  • Provincial Delivery: Typically 2–4 business days
  • On the delivery date, the DHL team will contact the customer using the phone number provided at checkout to confirm the delivery time
  • Delivery Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No deliveries on Sundays, public holidays, or official holidays
  • Order Cut-off Time (Mon–Fri): 11:59 PM (23:59)

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders 1,000 THB or above (per order)
  • For orders below 1,000 THB: A shipping fee of 50 THB applies (per order).
  • The Company reserves the right to modify shipping fees or conditions without prior notice.

Additional Shipping Information

  1. Delivery is available within Thailand only.
    For deliveries to the Southern Border Provinces (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat) or island locations, delivery time may vary depending on local conditions. The Company will arrange delivery as appropriate.
  2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary according to the courier provider. Sundays, public holidays, and official holidays are excluded. Delays may occur during peak or festive seasons.
  3. Orders will be processed and shipped in sequential order.
  4. The Company reserves the right to delay deliveries due to force majeure, incorrect delivery information, changes in address provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable at the scheduled time.
  5. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
