All sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Claims for defective items must be supported with clear evidence (photos/videos) as required by our team.
We will assess the issue and proceed with a replacement in accordance with our company policies.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return request has been received and inspected. If approved:
Refunds will cover the product price only Shipping fees are non-refundable, as the delivery service has already been completed
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
