- Return & Exchanges: Personalised items(e.g., name engraving)are not eligible for returns ,exchanges ,or refunds due to a "change of mind."

- Processing & Delivery Time: For deliveries within Thailand, the total estimated time for production and delivery is approximately 7 business days.

- In-Store: Yes! You can bring an item from any of our collections to a participating store, and we will handle the engraving for you immediately on-site.
- Online: Most collections support online engraving customization. However, please note the following exceptions:
○ Limited Edition Collections (e.g., Porcelain, Senja Collection)
○ Limited IP Collections (e.g., Winnie the Pooh Collection) (These specific collections are currently unavailable for online engraving.)
The placement depends on how you place your order:
- Online Orders: Your text will be engraved in the center of the bottle's
back. - In-Store Services: You have more flexibility! You can choose to place the text on the front or back, and position it at the top, bottom, center, or just above the boot. Plus, you can choose between vertical or horizontal orientation.

The available characters depend on where you order:
- Online Orders: We currently support Roman alphabets and spaces only.
- In-Store Services: You have more freedom! Any character found on a standard keyboard is allowed.
The timing depends on how you
purchase:
- In-Store Purchases: You can take your engraved drinkware home with you on the spot! The process is usually completed immediately or within the same day, depending on the current queue.
- Online Purchases: For customized products ordered online, please allow a lead time of up to 12 working days for delivery.
